Neviroth Network is dedicated to creating a dynamic and inclusive community for Minecraft players of all ages and skill levels. Our servers are intended to provide survival experiences designed to offer something for everyone.
We believe the best Minecraft experiences are safe, fun, and collaborative. These terms are designed to promote fair play, respect, good sportsmanship, exploration, creativity, and community building.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our servers, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our servers.
We expect all players to read and follow these terms carefully. If we determine that a player has violated these terms, we may take enforcement action up to and including banning the player from our servers.
Rules of Conduct
Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner when playing on our servers. This means refraining from inappropriate language, spamming, harassment, and other disruptive behavior.
We do not tolerate discrimination, racism, hate speech, cheating, hacking, or griefing. This includes using mods or hacks that give an unfair advantage, intentionally damaging or destroying other players' creations, or interfering with another player's gameplay experience.
Prohibited Actions
- Hacking: using unauthorized modifications or hacks that give a player an unfair advantage.
- Cheating: any activity designed to give a player an unfair advantage or interfere with another player's gameplay experience.
- Impersonating staff members: pretending to be a member of staff to gain an unfair advantage or mislead other players.
- Violating rules of conduct: engaging in behavior that is disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful to other players.
We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity or behavior and take action as necessary to maintain the integrity of the community.
User Content
Players are responsible for the content they create and share on our servers, including usernames, skins, builds, and other player-created content.
We reserve the right to remove user-generated content that violates our rules of conduct, is inappropriate for the community, is discriminatory, hateful, offensive, infringes on intellectual property rights, or disrupts another player's gameplay experience.
Ownership and Licensing
All content on our server, including maps, plugins, server code, and designs, is the property of Neviroth Network and/or its partners. Our content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and we reserve all rights to our content.
Players may use our content for non-commercial gameplay on our server. Other use, including distribution, modification, or reproduction of our content, is prohibited without express written permission. Questions about permission can be sent to support@neviroth.net.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Neviroth Network makes every effort to provide a stable and reliable Minecraft server, but we cannot guarantee availability or stability and are not responsible for lost data or damages resulting from use of the server.
We reserve the right to make changes to our server, including downtime, upgrades, and maintenance, without prior notice. By using our server, you agree to use it at your own risk and take responsibility for any consequences that may arise.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our server at any time if we believe a player has violated these terms, including inappropriate behavior, cheating, hacking, griefing, or impersonating staff members.
If a player is removed, suspended, banned, or otherwise denied access for violating server rules or these terms, any active subscriptions, supporter ranks, purchases, perks, or related benefits may be forfeited and will not entitle the player to a refund.
If terminated, a player may not rejoin using another account or under another name. We reserve the right to take legal action against anyone who attempts to circumvent termination or violates these terms in another way.
Changes to Terms
Neviroth Network reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Players are responsible for periodically reviewing these terms for changes.
Continued use of our server after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using our server.
