Overview
Purchases through the Neviroth Network store support server hosting, development, events, and long-term community updates. Store items are digital benefits connected to your Minecraft account and the Neviroth Network community.
By purchasing or maintaining a subscription, you agree to this store policy, our Terms of Use, and any checkout terms presented by Tebex or the payment processor.
Delivery
Store benefits are normally delivered automatically after payment completes. Some benefits may require a server restart, account verification, staff review, or manual support if the wrong Minecraft username was entered.
If a purchase does not appear after checkout, contact staff through Discord with your receipt details and Minecraft username so the issue can be reviewed.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew through Tebex until cancelled by the customer through the Tebex customer portal or the applicable payment provider. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.
Subscription benefits remain active only while the subscription is valid, payment is complete, and the account remains eligible under server rules and these policies.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Because store purchases provide digital benefits and help support ongoing server costs, purchases and subscription payments are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law or approved by Neviroth Network staff.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals may result in removal of store benefits and account restrictions while the issue is reviewed.
Rule Violations and Forfeiture
If a player is removed, suspended, banned, or otherwise denied access for violating server rules, this store policy, or the Terms of Use, any active subscriptions, supporter ranks, purchases, perks, or related benefits may be forfeited and will not entitle the player to a refund.
Store purchases do not exempt any player from moderation, rule enforcement, gameplay restrictions, or community standards.
Package Changes
The contents, names, prices, commands, cosmetics, limits, availability, and delivery method of each package or subscription may change over time as the server evolves.
We may adjust, replace, rebalance, remove, or add benefits to protect server balance, comply with platform rules, fix technical issues, or improve the store. These changes do not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Limitations
Store benefits are intended for use on Neviroth Network only and have no cash value. Benefits cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged for money, or redeemed outside the server unless staff explicitly approves an exception.
Minecraft, Mojang, and Microsoft are not affiliated with Neviroth Network purchases, subscriptions, or store support.
